This report is based on work from COST Action TU1206 Sub-Urban, supported by COST (European Cooperation in Sciences and Technology), and itself, a component of the European Union’, itself a component of the European Union’s Horizon 2020 programme. Sub-Urban is a network to improve understanding and the use of the ground beneath our cities (www.Sub-Urban.eu).

A large number of individuals from the COST Sub-Urban Action have contributed the information presented within this report.
