Chalk Group Lithostratigraphy: Northern England - Grasby Marl

The Grasby Marl is c. 20 mm thick at Welton Wold Quarry [SE 970 282] (Whitham, 1991), and equates with the Methwold Marl of the East Anglian Chalk Group succession (Arthurton et al., 1994).
