description | English: Stop 5-6. Anastomising veins rich in K-feldspar + quartz, within layered cordierite+K-Feldspar-rich pelitic and semipelitic hornfels. The prominent light coloured vein (lower left of photograph) is of granitic material from the igneous complex. See notes of Stop 5-6 (above 560 m) and Stop 1-9 for a fuller description and explanation al the veins and other features. From the ridge/plateau area around Stop 5-6.
